Overview
At Scardara, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Custom Orders (Grillz & Personalized Jewelry)
All custom-made items are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom pieces, including grillz, unless:
- The item arrives defective, or
- The item is significantly different from what was ordered
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, measurements, or dental impressions. Scardara is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this period, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom items. For eligible non-custom items, exchanges are subject to availability.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with Scardara, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
